Please The Comprehensive Outreach Education Certificate training supports Community Health Workers to enhance their understanding of health issues and inequities from a public health perspective that affects the diverse communities they serve. Upon successful completion of the program, a Certificate of Completion will be issued to participants via email or by mail that can be submitted (along with a completed application) to Massachusetts Community Health Worker Board for CHW Certification
